・Tea Production Manager (Overseeing tea processing and finishing)
・Agricultural Staff (Tea field management and production)
・Tea Processing Plant Staff (Manufacturing operations within the plant)
*All positions are based at our headquarters only.

Head of Tea Production (Candidate)
■ Specific Job Responsibilities
As the factory manager, you will oversee the following responsibilities:
・Process Management: Overseeing processes such as firing, blending, and sorting, as well as conducting quality checks
・Production Management: Developing production plans, monitoring progress, and managing inventory
・Management: Staff development, including shift scheduling, technical guidance, and motivation-building
・Facilities Management: Maintenance and inspection of tea processing machinery and equipment, hygiene management, and maintaining and improving a safe work environment
■ Required (MUST)
・Candidates with experience as a team leader or in management
・A deep interest in tea and a passion for creating delicious tea
■ Desired Qualifications (WANT)
・Candidates with experience in tea processing and finishing at tea wholesalers or manufacturers
・Candidates with relevant certifications such as "Japanese Tea Instructor" or "Tea Tasting Skills"
・Candidates who have completed a forklift operator training course
・Candidates who can speak English
Tea Farming Program Participants (Employed Farmers)
■ Specific Job Responsibilities
・Tea plantation production management
・Fertilizer and machinery management
■ Required (MUST)
・Understanding of agriculture
・A deep interest in tea and a passion for producing delicious tea
■ Desired Qualifications (WANT)
・People who can speak English
Factory Staff (Full-time/Part-time)
■ Specific Job Responsibilities
・Manufacturing operations (bagging, packaging, packing)
・Assistance with shipping and delivery
■ Required (MUST)
・Someone who can work efficiently

・Individuals who have completed a forklift operator training course
